$1 Approval records a project decision. It is not a regulated electronic-signature service, identity-verification service, legal certification, notarization or contract-execution platform.
Review links are private bearer links: anyone who receives the link can access that review. Creators should share them only with the intended client.

Privacy
To operate $1 Approval, we process creator account information, project and client-review details, version links or uploaded reference files, decisions, timestamps, technical security logs and subscription status. Payment-card details are handled by our Merchant of Record and are not stored by OneDollarApps.
We use this information only to provide, secure and support the service, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy obligations.
Data is retained while an account or receipt is active and as reasonably needed for security, support, disputes and legal compliance. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained where law or a legitimate dispute requires it.
Terms of service
$1 Approval is a digital subscription service for recording final creative-project decisions. Customers must provide accurate account information, use the service lawfully, protect private review links and avoid uploading unlawful or infringing material.
The service is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. It does not verify a reviewer's legal identity and does not replace legal advice, a signed contract or a regulated electronic signature. Customers remain responsible for determining whether a receipt is suitable for their own business and jurisdiction.
Billing, cancellation and refunds
$1 Approval is priced at $1 per month and billed as one $12 annual subscription. The checkout will clearly show the annual charge before purchase. Subscriptions renew annually until cancelled.
Customers may cancel to stop future renewals and retain access through the paid subscription period. Refund requests are handled according to applicable law and the refund policy displayed by the Merchant of Record at checkout. Contact us if a purchase was accidental, duplicated or the service materially failed to work as described.
